Useless website contact , automated replies that have nothing to do with the topic/question , "error" message if you try to reply, helpless staff over the phone that take forever to "assist" and then put you on hold and vanish , yeah thanks for the great customer service PayPal
Ive had the same issue many times. I agree they are the WORST! They limit your account over the stupidest little things and then take forever to look over your documents to remove limit. I’ve sent them all but a blood sample and they STILL have a “high” limitation on my account which had severely affected my business. I hate Paypal and can’t wait for someone to create a similar app that bankrupts them!
