PayPal emails too early in morning

Hi. Can Palpal localise their emails better please? I get emails and associated alerts too early in morning (~5am this morning). I have to sleep. I'm located in Ireland.

I dunno if this works but select your local time on the Account Settings (gear icon) page.

I checked and my settings are Ireland & GMT+00:00

Looks ok to me. I didn't change anything.
