I have issue with PayPal standard plugin, when I post a request to "https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" I got 403 forbidden error. We are using ASP.Net framework called SmartStore and this is the implementation for the request that failed:
We're passing the correct PDT and tx tokens. Any suggestion about what we might miss?
