Liberal millennial businesses do not care about buyers or sellers....only money...change rules daily so they are so over generalised...it takes a lawyer to figure things out. Both pay pal and eBay operated by Californians who are millennials with exaggerated liberal ideas and approaches. They do not protect against dishonest sales as they suggest... Read their statement of policy and see exactly what I pointed out... I was had and pay pal did not even approach my request properly
