Maybe a human can talk to PaPal. I sent a suggestion to PayPal earlier this afternoon. It was nice to get a quick response. But, it was clearly from a robot because the answer wasn't even close to my comment. Paypal is not alone in their endeavor to let a machine handle everything. Overworking these robots, however, miss the question most of the time. Some of us do not write if an obvious answer already exits on their website.. Not going to bother because it was for PayPal's benefit; not mine.
