The owner of this site lives in Russia but keeps his offshore companies in Cyprus, tries to lie that he supports Ukraine and hates Russia! This is a lie, don't believe it.

Most likely you have confused me with someone else.

1) I do not live in Russia (it is simply unsafe due to the fact that mobilization is taking place in the country and, like any man of military age, I can be drafted into the army).

2) I do not and have never had any companies in Cyprus. Although it is a good idea to open a company within the EU, I will most likely do it this year.

3) I have never written anywhere that I support Ukraine and I have never written anywhere that I hate Russia. It would be simply not clever of me, because in this case it would not be safe to return to Russia (and in Russia I have many relatives and friends whom I will definitely visit someday, both as in Ukraine).

We are not involved in any carding, we are always open to interaction with law enforcement agencies and we do not hide from anyone. In the first message, I wrote that I was ready to contribute my $500,000 to secure guarantees (for PayPal) - this is not at all what you can ever hear from carders and scammers.

FunPay is a platform like any other platforms providing similar services and they face the same issue if scammers can find a way through it. Not sure why this is blocked and a lot of legit buyers do want to use it. Resolve this asap PayPal! Maybe add more restrictions in terms of security that these platforms need to implement to better protect users.
