My money from eBay hasn’t arrived even I have shipped the item

Please help me my money hasn’t came through on PayPal all it shows is that it’s on hold even though I have gave them the tracking code

Funds shall be released 24/48 hrs from when PayPal can confirm delivery with courier. Sometimes there can be a delay confirming delivery if status has not been updated by the courier to delivered but the item is received by customer. The customer can also confirm receipt of goods on the transaction by logging on to their PayPal account to release funds.
