I put an item on facebook and it got sold. The person I sold it to emailed me to say he'd played me. Then I had an emailing off PayPal ensuring me the amount that was paid but I was unable to receive the money until the item had been sent off and that paypal had proof. But I've done this ive sent pay pal proof of the recipt and the tracking number and I still haven't received my money. Can someone tell me what is happening?
