Kindly Stop Sending Automated Cookie-Cutter Responses and Always Use Real CSRs

Dear PayPal,
It appears you are employing the use of a robot named Joanna to send automated "cookie-cutter" responses queries made via your Message Center. Whenever I post a question there, and get a reply from one of your human CSRs, and then reply to their reply, I get the following auto-response:
Dear [Name],
You are welcome. We are always happy to hear from our PayPal members. We at PayPal take pride in our service, and it's a pleasure for us to know that you're a satisfied PayPal customer and that your issue has been resolved.

It's happened on two occasions so far, and I suspect it will occur every time I post a query in the Message Center. The funny thing is that on neither occasion was my issue actually resolved at the time I got the reply from Joanna! "She" is obviously a robot.
