I’ve found it impossible to have a conversation or any direct help from any individual from PayPal. Everything is automated and simply directs me in circles, no thank you!. I’ve requested through useless emails and I’m met with repetitive Emails. How much they charge for their services I think I deserve some customer service, virus or no virus, this forces me to not want to ever use PayPal again after this last transaction. Still no help at all.
