If you do not see this transaction in your PayPal account activity, then report it to your bank as fraudulent. "Voizeee" is the merchant where the purchase was made and "PayPal" is, of course, the payment processor. Likely your card info was compromised and was used to buy something via PayPal guest checkout with a different email address hence you didn't receive a PayPal email receipt or in-store.
Check with other household members who may have access to your bank debit card to see if they recognize the charge, too.
