Good day. Help me solve the problem. After registration, a message came: "There are problems with your account." After the transition, the page is loaded for an infinitely long time with "Access to your account is temporarily limited." The blue indicator is spinning in a circle and nothing happens! And as I understand it, because of this problem, I cannot transfer money to a person. My attempts were not successful. Thanks for the help.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
