Why do PayPal provide a service that is open to fraud and deception (Pay a Friend service) I was recently scammed out of €66.00 and Pay Pal said i had no comeback. I will not be paying for services again using my PayPal account.
Because Friends and Family payment type is not meant for exchange of goods and services. You're supposed send payment as goods and services, just got to click 'Change' link under the Amount field to select "Paying for an item or service" during the payment process via Send and Request tab. Also, if you pay a PayPal Invoice, or money request or checkout through PayPal, you are sending a goods and services payment.
