I use an electric car and currently there are a number of different ways of paying for the charging at the electricity pumps.
I.E. Phone apps, membership pre payments, RFI card, etc. All seem to be different and have their own problems / benefits.
Would it be of interest to both Car users and Paypal to have a "standard way of paying at the pump" i.e. to pay by Paypal and the Pump supply companies collect payment from Paypal, as a very large amount of retailers currently do.
This could make sense for but EV drivers having just the ONE way of paying and the suppliers have one ponit of payment collection.??
Just interesting to see if it could be a universal way of paying.?
