Does PayPal offer the worst customer service you've ever experienced? I think it does. Can't talk to anyone live. I cannot send food money to my daughter and no one can help. Keep receiving canned responses. Eventually trying to explain via the message center they started to ignore me. Call them by phone and there is no customer service representatives to assist. It's crazy bad. As soon as I can, I'm going else where.
