WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Here's the best tip i can give anyone - If you know you are speaking to someone who has no clue what they are doing, just HANG UP and call back. On your first call, demand immediately to speak to an Account Specialist.
My first call went like this: on the line over two hours - transferred three times, then left on hold for my third transfer for over an hour before i hung up.
I actually asked the first rep i spoke with if they worked for PayPal, because they couldn't answer anything, they just kept asking me security questions over and over. 2nd rep was same as the first, it was like having the exact same nightmare twice.
When i called back and demanded a specialist it was handled in under 3 minutes.
