I've just received an e-mail about the changes to the Legal Agreement we all have with Paypal. I opened the document and began to read and it quickly became clear to me that a person needs a degree in contract law to be able to fathom it. I have a law degree and it would take me some considerable time to wade through all the jargon and genuinely understand what has changed and what the impact on me might be. How many people who use Paypal will actually read/understand this? Needs to be much clearer and written in plain English.
