I used to be able to search for a customer transaction using email, last name, first name, and a few other criteria.
One of their retarded code monkeys messed it up so now the only selection available and visible is the "email" criteria.
Why do you people mess with things all the time? Everything was perfect, then some twenty something employee was given a simple job and he messed things up.
