don’t bother using the call back feature. The wait time was 11-17 min, so I selected the call back. 16 minutes later I received a call back, never spoke to anyone, and was placed on hold. I’ve now been on hold for 48 minutes and still waiting.. Why do they offer the call back if they’re just going to place you on hold?
