I received merchandise which was not as described. I've sent pictures, data, and description of the issue to the PayPal Resolution Center. I received notice that the merchant will refund my purchase but that it is my responsibility to pay postage (to China) for a refund. The cost of postage exceeds the cost of the merchandise ($69.99). When advertisement is misleading, as my pictures and the merchants description depicts, it should not be the offended parties responsibility to suffer the ill effect of false and misleading advertising.
