using direct debits

Hi, is the following possible:

Set up a direct debit, with my bank acc, so that £1(eg) gets transfered on the 10th(eg) of each month from bank acc to paypal.

If so how many accounts can I link, and are there any fees.

Unfortunately you can only use your card for purchases, not transferring funds to your account balance.
