Hey

I have recently made some paypal transactions (I had had the accont for a while but never used it) when the card on my account had actually expired so I assume none went through (I am not altogether that familiar with how paypal works)

I would like to close my account and cannot because of 'pending payments' or something.

Am I able to cancel these payments altogether or do I need to pay them?

Sorry I have gone through too much in the past year and it messed with me so I couldnt keep track of whats what
