i have paid for gems on the tribez game 4 days ago i have paid 2 times on my paypal account and st ill not recieved them have posted a complate on facebook but have had no help what else can i do .

There is no buyer protection for digital /virtual items if that is what you are refering to.
However you can file a dispute via the resolution tab in your paypal account BUT if the seller does not voluntarily refund or does not have funds in their paypal balance that paypal can access then paypal won't refund you under their buyer protection programme as you won't be covered.
Advice is voluntary.
