Unable to pay for items

I get this error message from Internet Explorer and Firefix, from two unconnected PCs:

This site can’t be reached

mbuy.ebay.co.uk took too long to respond.

From Firefox it says: The server at pay.ebay.co.uk is taking too long to respond.

O have been trying for an hour.

Ive been getting the same thing.

On some sites it says it timed out then keeps trying then loads.But on secure or trying to pay ebay just stops saying connection ttimed out or took too long to respond.????????Thought it was just me..lol Sometimes it works fine but don't know why.Scanned rootkit pc..all fine
