Subscription not appearing in my account

I subscribed to the Yorshire Tipper 'free trial' but it wasn't free and i want to unsubscribe. However I cant see any trace of the 2 transactions on my account therefore I can't escalate the problem in the resolution centre. Ive been charged twice.
