My Granddaughter (6) purchased a game through google play on my tablet without my knowledge and I have been charged £45 for an annual subscription. Can this be cancelled/refunded.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
But the initial payment i expect you have to pay, suggest you change your password.
