Pre-Approved Payments button takes me to summary page

I'm trying to manage my subscriptions but the pre approved payment just takes me to my summary page. Help!

If you are still experiencing difficulties when trying to follow these steps, please send us an email through your account via the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. In your email, please request the subscription to be canceled and we can get this done for you.
