Paypal you are a joke

1) Your "unique" one off password for your customer service phone service doenst not work at all...

 

2) When looking into the "website premium package" there is no mention on how much it will cost me and when you click accept it says thanks for purchasing...unless digging through the T&Cs there is no info at all... T&Cs said £9.99 a month, where as when looking at automated payments there was a £20.99 payment about to go out...

Then when you click the links to "learn more" they are all out of date and go to "sorry page not found"

 

3) I don't want to set up any more of my account, so your "continue with account setup" messages and massive pop up which takes up most of the screen on the summary page is infuriating...

 

SORT IT OUT
