I've been paying a supplier automatically via PayPal to the sum of $12 each month for a while now but since I upgraded my service my payments became $15. Now when my suplier invioces me $15 paypal is only paying $12 leaving me in arrears of $3 which I'm having to clear manually each month. How can I get PayPal to pay the full $15 automatically?
