Hi Longface50,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community :):)

When you sell an item and receive a payment for the item you sold via PayPal you will pay a receiving fee on the funds received which will amount to 3.4% + £0.20 GBP per transaction received.

The fee is applied to the seller receiving the payment at the time the payment is received.

I hope this has clarified the charge of £2.24 GBP applied on the £60.00 GBP you received.

Have yourself a great day 🙂
