Fake telephone customer service?

Been on hold with PayPal's customer service since 9:10am (1hr 50 mins by this point). Is anyone ever going to even pick up? Is it so much to ask to talk to a human to make a complaint? Absolutely awful customer service.

No idea if they will pick up, its a weekend so less staff i guess.

Can be a few hours.
