I am trying to pay facebook but i keep experiencing the same message for a while now everytime i try.
"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."
I have managed to change the billing account to another paypal account but keeps displaying the same message. What should i do? because am trying to fix my debt so i can pay for other ads.
