Error when trying to make payment

Hi all,

Whenever a customer tries to login to make a payment from my website, they are getting the following error:

This site can’t be reached

www.live11.paypal.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Is there any current/known issues regarding this? 

It is happening after people click "Subscribe" on this page (http://berugbymagazine.com/subscribe/) and then try to login to make payment.

Also, when speaking to report the issue from eBay, the CSR indicated hes never seen this issue.

I have a solution for you guys

When you get the error

www.live9.paypal.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Go to the address bar and delete "live9." or "live16." or whatever and hit Enter

You will get another error of same type

Go to the address bar and delete "live9." or "live16." or whatever and hit Enter

Works !

After the second deletion, I was into Paypal and could complete my donation.

But jeeeeeeeze.........is Paypal even aware of this hiccup?

Definitely Paypal - this is preventing sales on a website that has nothing to do with Ebay.

The same problem here! I thought the code had issues, spent all day trying to fix the code, called Paypal they said I have issues with code which is not true. Very disappointing as I am losing customers now.
