My Paypal acc is connected to an English bank, as I now live in Norway I would like to close my English PayPal account and reopen it in Norway. How do I do this?
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
Make sure you withdraw any funds / remove your financial info eg cards and bank accounts BEFORE you close your UK account.
