Cannot manage subscriptions

Need to cancel a subscription but I can't get them listed.

If I click in "Manage pre-approved Payments" in settings it goes to URL "https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay" but it then redirects immediately back to the summary page and I can see the latest payments but not what is comming next.

How can you cancel a recurrent payment?

Only the old site works for me with link: https://www.paypal.com/nl/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist

This work-around also worked for me.

Makes you wonder what the net effect of broadly preventing the cancellation of payments would be on PAYPAL profits. 

Mismanaging of a simple link is likely not an error.  Customers notice this kind of thing.
