I need to cancel a payment, says to go to my money, there is no my money. I keep searching how to find “my money” link but get know where because I don’t have any of the links it’s asking for.
You can't cancel a payment that has completed through to the seller.
You can only cancel a payment that is marked pending / unclaimed due to an incorrect (typo) email address or an email address that is not linked to a paypal account.
