im trying to add PayPal as a way of paying for my psn subscription (ps4) but every time I click add PayPal, it redirects me to the PayPal website then a message pops up saying "your purchase cannot be completed at this time please return to merchant and chose another way to pay"
im not trying to pay for something straight away I just want to link it up so that in the future I can pay for it with PayPal.
