Can't find "Subscription funding source" or "Subscription Details"

I've received an email from PayPal saying that a subscription payment has failed, and I must add a new payment under the "Subscription Funding Source" section in my Subscription Details. However I can't find either of these sections. I've searched under all the menus. Please help!

I am sorry that you have had difficulty updating this. Here's how to find your subscription funding source:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top of the page.
  3. Click Manage Payments.
  4. Click Pre-approved payments.
  5. Under 'Merchants', select the merchant whose agreement you want to change.
  6. Under 'Funding Source', click Change.
  7. Select an alternate funding source and click Save.
