Hi,
For some reason a recurring payment to a subscription service has been suspended. I checked my emails and found the confirmation in my junk mail. Unfortunately I clear my junk mail regularly, so any previous emails about the suspension have likely been deleted. Is there a way I can check the suspension details, and even restore the payments?

I would recommend contacting the merchant directly to find out why the service has been suspended. I'm afraid we would not receive a reason why the merchant would have decided to do this.

I have an entry in My Pre-approved Payments list that tells me my payments have been stopped and it says I need to reset my PIN, but I dont know how to retset my pin, or which pin might be worth checking to see if you have the same problem. . . hope this helps
