Accidentally cancelled preapproved payment now can't make it active again.

I accidentally disabled my Blizzard preapproved payment and it shows as inactive.

Now I can not buy any game from Blizzard's Battle.net.  Is there a way to fix this?

Apply to the company again to re-set up the subscription.
