I would be willing to bet Smart Connect would consider this a cash advance, and as it doesn't fall under an approved use, would deny the attempt. Even if you could get it to go through, I would be very concerned about it being a violation of your terms of service with Smart Connect, and I certainly wouldn't want you to get yourself in any hot water.
