I recently tried to purchase a premium membership at FileSonic. However when I did I got this error. This puzzles me because I already have an automatic payment set up with eBay for selling fees. I tried emailing customer support but was told they couldn't help me and directed to another email, which I emailed and never heard back from. If anyone could help out with this it would be greatly appreciated.
