I had 2 refund from a seller recently, one of 397 euro according to paypal and another of 75 euro. But only 397 euro appear on my sold in total. Why is that? Also it's strange as one refund appears directly in euro and the other in dollars. Is Paypal stealing my money, I really don't like that? Where is my money?

It's possible that the refunds were made by different means (depending on the payment method). If you paid by card for example, that payment would be refunded directly to your card within a few days (maximum 30 days). You'll be able to check the status of each payment or refund by clicking on the transaction details. You will also find any currency conversion details there.
