i recently made a purchase from a seller on e-bay the item sold for $2.00 and standard shipping was $5.00 so i checked out with paypal went through with no problem the deal was done but the seller then sent me a e-mail stating he would give me the total postage charge when i cashed out the total was $7.00 but the seller want's a additional $2.82 i dont understand this were does he come up with this extra charge i realize it's only $2.82 more but the shipping clearly said $5.00 the transaction was finished so why is he asking for more can anyone out there help me please!!!
