paying shipping with paypal balance

I sold an item on ebay and was planing on using the money to pay for my shipping and it says its paid for just pending.... i need help is there anyway to pay for the shipping label threw paypal.

I just got off the phone with a representative at paypal.

It is not possible to pay for your shipping label with debit/credit card because UPS requires you to pay with a paypal account balance.

The system is broken, both UPS and Paypal should work together to remedy this problem.

Now I have to wait 3 days for the bank to funnel my money into my account just to print a $15 label. Customer won't be happy. Oh Wait! I'm a customer too!

Well the phone representative told me to do everything through the UPS account.

Problem solved! Here is my guide if you ever want to purchase a shipping label (through UPS) with your debit card!
