only printing "sample" shipping labels...need real labels

I have never had a problem printing labels before. Tonight I am trying to print a label I paid for and all that will print is a sample. I am not clicking to print a sample, but to print the actual label. Anyone else having this trouble? I am not doing anything different...so not sure what is going on, but I am frustrated as I have packages to mail out tomorrow and the labels are paid for, but I can't print them. Help!

I should have read the trouble shooting thread:

If you are unable to print anything but the SAMPLE label, it may be an issue with some of the newer HP printers and Internet Explorer.  You can try this fix  in Internet Explorer, go to File > HP Smart Web Printing and uncheck it.  

I unchecked it and it printed just fine.
