I printed a shipping label and noticed that the shipping fee was less than it had been being for the same item/weight that I had been shipping. So, I searched through my last few sells to track items and make sure people had gotten them if the shipping charges were wrong. My items going back though half of December are showing up as "No Record" through the USPS Track & Confirm. What is going on? Please help!
