I tried to create mutliple shipping labels the other day (I've used it before and it worked fine) but it kept saying there was an error when I went to print. I tried 3 times and then gave up and decided to just use the individual printing for each label. That worked, but then I noticed that I had been charged 3 times for the multiple shipping labels which comes to about $25.00 total. I voided those and one says refund pending? My question is, how long until that money comes back to my account? It's been about 4 days I guess. Normally it's there like the next day, so should I just keep waiting? Thanks!
