Select package size is not working

I am trying to print postage and it will not let me. There is no drop down to select the proper package size.

Try the basic stuff first.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of your favorite web browser.

Delete your web browser's cookies, temp files, cache, history, etc., then close the browser, reopen it and retry.

Try a different web browser, i.e., Safari, Chrome, Firefox or IE.

If possible, try a different computer.

If nothing changes, open a Support Ticket here.

After a few hours I finally got it.

I did all that you mentioned, cleared cache, used 4 different browsers and nothing would work. Was beyond frustration.

Finally rebooted my computer and it worked, go figure!

Been printing postage for many, many years through Paypal and never had that problem before.

It was strange, I would get the drop down for shipping method, just not package size.

Well anyway, it's all good now and again, thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply to me:)

Nice, Reboot does solve many issues!  I would have charged you for that tip.  And don't forget to mark this thead "Solved".
