Problem with PayPal not charging shipping and accepting an international order

PayPal didn't charge shipping on an order. To top it off, I indicated I only wanted to ship within the United States and it took this order from Canada. The shipping is nearly as much as the item cost. Do I just refund the money and forget the order?

I have the same issue, with an order I just received to the UK. Hoping someone has an answer to this.

sorry for the late post but I had that issue too, a few times! I think PayPal and Ebay both have their serious issues and there is not way to correct something that is wrong with their purchase system, except to plaster a note in all of your ads saying you do not ship internation so if ebay allows the purchase you (the seller) reserve the right to cancel the transaction or request additional shipping and handling charges.
